1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code) via our online shop at rocket-empire.com.
Entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) are requested to inquire about separate conditions.

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the goods in your cart.
Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent via email immediately after submission and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
The contract is concluded only upon confirmation of dispatch or delivery of the goods.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory VAT and any applicable shipping costs.
Exact shipping costs are displayed during the order process.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made within Germany using the shipping service provider of our choice.
Delivery times and availability are indicated on the respective product pages.
If a product is not available, we will inform you immediately.
6. Payment

7. Right of Withdrawal

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty law applies. All goods purchased from our shop are covered by statutory warranty rights.
10. Liability
We are fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health.
Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
11. Dispute Resolution / Online Dispute Resolution

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
